Message From The COMMANDER

I want to thank all our members for their continued membership and support of our programs in 2025. It was a great year for our post, and many people have stepped up to serve as officers and others have taken over some of our longstanding programs to ensure they continue to benefit our community for years to come.

Now that it is officially a new year, if you have not renewed your membership for 2026, it is a great time to do so. While your card is good for the calendar year stamped on it, the Legion’s membership calendar year starts and ends July 1st. We are in the mid-to-upper 70% range, but I’d love to see us get into the 90% range by spring. - John Dyer

Message From The ADJUTANT

Hope everyone had a good holiday season. Please remember that we are always looking for volunteers for various projects and/or events. We cannot be successful without the participation of our membership. If you have ideas or would like to get more involved, please reach out to the post and we will get you in contact with the appropriate people.

Reminder that if you have not paid your 2026 dues by the end of February, State considers you delinquent and you lose your consecutive years. You can avoid this by paying your annual dues of $45. If you need assistance with payment, the Walter Reibe Fund is available to help. We have several payment methods for your convenience. Please contact the Adjutant if you’d like to request support. - David Oksnee
